  I would like to say that I have found all the staff, especially Alex, the Manager, extremely helpful and friendly. Even when I wasn't absolutely sure of the size of storage I would need there was no hesitation from Alex that it would definitely be accommodated - which it was. This took most of the worry away from the whole move. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Exeter Storage Factory to anyone in need of safely storing their belongings. I have, in fact, recommended to two friends who intend to use it next year. Val Joyce

  Been using Storage Factory for more than a year now and can't fault the team that work there. The staff are approachable and friendly, and the containers are as secure as it gets - the place is like a fortress! Might seem expensive but when you consider all of the facilities you're paying for the value is unmatched. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
